Z University teaches companies how to effectively hire and use interns to drive the most value for both employer and intern.

The company faced an obstacle in gaining new business: though interns have advanced skills and are just months away from college degrees, much of their skills are wasted by firms who dismiss that talent and productivity potential and, instead, give them low-challenge skills ( like getting coffee).

Z University asked for a viral campaign to send to HR managers to help them understand the value of interns.  The campaign generated national business and was picked up for news coverage about the value of internships by CBS.
